Chef Fiard has taken inspiration from the hotel’s new tea and pastry salon, Le Boudoir de Léa, and crafted his Yule logs into elegant, oblong forms reminiscent of champagne cookies. This nod to 18th-century French boudoirs adds a touch of pure refinement to the classic dessert.
The first creation, aptly named Velours, marries intense dark chocolate with crunchy hazelnuts in a truly sensational way! A velvety chocolate mousse envelops a soft cookie base, while a praline coating provides a delightful crunch that is simply to die for! This festive indulgence is an absolute must-try for chocolate lovers!
Satin is the second Yule log and it’s a tropical treat for your taste buds! The sweetness of mango dances with tangy passion fruit, complemented by a light mousse and tender coconut cookie. This refreshing option offers a bright, exotic finale to holiday feasts.
Available from December 1st, these limited-edition Yule logs are priced at €45 for four servings or €59 for six.
