The iconic Nike Air Max Plus is getting a purr-fectly adorable makeover this fall with the release of the limited-edition “Paw Print” iteration. This playful design joins the ranks of the recently announced Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1 “Paw Print” collections, proving that sometimes a touch of whimsy can elevate a classic silhouette to must-have status.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Paw Print” takes the concept of subtle charm to a whole new level. The shoe boasts a light grey mesh base that provides a clean canvas for the playful details to shine. Rosy TPU waves crash across the midfoot, adding a touch of feminine flair. Delicate eggshell laces complete the understated yet sophisticated upper.
But the true star of the show lies on the tongue. Here, nestled within a transparent bubble, is an embossed puppy footprint. This adorable detail isn’t just about cuteness – it’s a clever nod to the shoe’s name and the Tuned Air technology that’s become synonymous with the Air Max Plus. A classic Nike swoosh sits proudly within the paw print, completing the playful motif.
While the earlier “Paw Print” releases stuck to a simple white and pink color palette, this iteration injects a touch of oceanic blue-green into the mix. This subtle pop of color appears on the exposed Air bubbles under the heel, adding a touch of unexpected depth without detracting from the overall sweetness of the design.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Paw Print” is slated for a fall release, with a price tag expected to land around $180.
