Italian luxury house Versace has partnered with RGZ Developers to design eight ultra-exclusive villas in the Nueva Andalucía area of Marbella. This partnership marks a significant milestone for both brands, as Versace Home ventures into a project of this magnitude for the first time in mainland Europe.
Situated in the tranquil hills of Nueva Andalucía, each villa will boast a unique design that is impossible to replicate. With a market value exceeding 10 million euros per villa, these residences will feature interior decoration by Versace Home, extending the brand’s signature modernity and refinement to all aspects of the living space. The villas will span approximately 2,000 square meters per plot, offering extensive private gardens with meticulously designed landscaping, personal wellness centers, and multiple swimming pools, including heated ones connected to exterior pools.
The gated community will be equipped with state-of-the-art security controlled by artificial intelligence, ensuring 24/7 protection and peace of mind for residents. Homeowners will also enjoy five-star services, aligning with the luxurious lifestyle that Versace and RGZ Developers aim to provide.
Versace Home has been a pioneer in extending the brand’s fashion design vision to home and lifestyle collections since 1992. The collection includes furniture, textiles, porcelain, glassware, and interior décor, all of which embody the same energy and signature modernity found in Versace’s fashion lines. Iconic motifs such as the Medusa, Greca, and Barocco are seamlessly integrated into various home elements, creating a cohesive and recognizable aesthetic.
The collaboration with RGZ Developers underscores Versace Home’s commitment to working with artisans and experts in their field. This partnership is exemplified by the Versace meets Rosenthal collection, which celebrated 30 years of collaboration with German fine porcelain artisans in 2023.
RGZ Developers, owned by Juan Manuel Reyes and José Luis Suarez of Grupo COPASA, brings extensive experience to the project. With operations in 15 countries and an annual building portfolio of €2,000 million, the company is well-equipped to deliver on the high standards set by Versace.
