Skepta, born Joseph Junior Adenuga, is a pioneering British grime MC, rapper, record producer, and songwriter from Tottenham, North London. He is a founding member of the influential grime collective Boy Better Know, alongside his brother Jme. Skepta’s critically acclaimed fourth studio album, Konnichiwa (2016), won the prestigious Mercury Prize. He has collaborated with major artists like ASAP Rocky and Mick Jagger.
