Ronnie Fieg, the mastermind behind Kith, has once again partnered with adidas Originals and Clarks Originals to deliver a stunning collection of footwear. This latest collaboration showcases Fieg’s innovative approach to design, blending the iconic styles of both brands with his unique vision.
The new 8th Street collection features three standout silhouettes: the Gazelle, AS350 and BW Army. Each model has been reimagined using Clarks’ signature suede and nubuck materials, complemented by snakeskin detailing on the adidas Three Stripes and heel tabs. The shoe is finished in a custom off-white hue, creating a sophisticated and versatile aesthetic.
One of the most striking elements of this collaboration is the use of Clarks’ renowned crepe outsoles, which add a distinctive touch to these adidas classics. The fusion of the DNA of these two iconic brands results in a truly unique footwear experience.
Fieg’s attention to detail is evident in the tri-branding embossed on the tongues and tonal leather sockliners. These subtle yet impactful design elements serve as a testament to the collaborative nature of the project. The inclusion of custom keychains and special packaging further enhances the overall presentation of the collection.
Fans of both brands will have the opportunity to purchase these limited edition pieces through a raffle on the Kith app. Additionally, the collection will be available at select Kith stores and online platforms beginning December 23.
This latest release builds on the success of Fieg’s 8th Street label, which he launched in March 2021 as a sub-brand within Clarks Originals. The label has allowed Fieg to explore his passion for footwear design, creating original silhouettes that push the boundaries of traditional shoe manufacturing.
