Ducati Corse has announced that it has signed a two-year agreement with Fabio Di Giannantonio, the talented young rider from Rome, to continue racing with the factory-supported VR46 Racing Team aboard an official Desmosedici GP. This news is sure to excite fans of the Italian constructor, who have been eagerly awaiting confirmation of Di Giannantonio’s future plans.
For those unfamiliar with Di Giannantonio’s impressive resume, the 25-year-old Roman rider made his MotoGP debut with the Gresini Racing team in 2022, quickly making a name for himself by scoring an exciting first pole position in the Italian Grand Prix. Despite an uphill battle in the first part of the 2023 season, Di Giannantonio persevered, eventually securing his first podium in Australia and following it up with his maiden premier-class victory in Qatar.
Di Giannantonio’s determination and raw talent caught the attention of the VR46 Racing Team, who welcomed him aboard in 2024. Now, with the backing of Ducati Corse, Di Giannantonio is poised to take his career to new heights.
