The “Télécabine de Rochebrune” log is a gluten-free creation that combines local flavors with innovative culinary techniques.
Inspired by Megève’s iconic Rochebrune cable car, this festive dessert captures the essence of winter in the mountains. The log’s intricate design and flavors offer a gourmet escape for those who appreciate both tradition and creativity in their holiday sweets.
At the base of this edible work of art is a caramelized blond chocolate bar concealing a velvety Noix de Savoie praline. This foundation supports layers of carefully orchestrated textures and flavors.
