But the magic truly lies within the log itself. Encased in the chocolate “bear” is a symphony of textures and flavors. A creamy mousse made with organic Madagascan vanilla surrounds a delicate vanilla cookie insert. Layers of crunchy caramelized pecan feuillantine praline, a rich pecan cremeux, and a touch of decadent salted butter caramel complete the delightful composition.
