Reebok has teamed up with Places + Faces to unveil a collaborative footwear collection that celebrates both brands’ deep roots in global streetwear culture. The new line reimagines Reebok’s iconic Classic Leather sneaker with modern design elements that reflect the unique aesthetic of Places + Faces.
Since its humble beginnings as a Tumblr photo blog in 2013, Places + Faces has grown into a global streetwear phenomenon. Founded by Imran Ciesay and Solomon Boyede, the UK-based brand seamlessly blends fashion, photography and community, leaving an indelible mark on street culture around the world.
“The inspiration behind this collaboration is rooted in our personal experiences,” said Imran Ciesay, founder of Places + Faces. “Growing up in the UK, Reebok’s Classic Leather was a staple, constantly seen in music videos and worn by cultural icons. We wanted to create a shoe that not only reflects the DNA of Places + Faces but also stays true to its versatility and iconic status. The reflective details are a nod to our early designs, making the Classic Leather the perfect canvas for this collaboration.“
The collection features two distinctive iterations of the Classic Leather sneaker. Reflective elements, a Places + Faces signature and vintage-inspired details breathe new life into Reebok’s timeless design. Available in sleek black and a chalk, silver and white colorway, each pair comes in a custom collectible box.
Known for its iconic and irreverent approach to sports culture, Reebok continues to push boundaries with this partnership. The collaboration highlights the brand’s commitment to innovation while honoring its rich heritage.
The Places + Faces x Reebok Classic Leather Collection will be available worldwide on October 23rd at 10am EST on Reebok.com and PlacesPlusFaces.com. Each pair retails for $130 MSRP.
