Le Bristol Paris has unveiled a stunning Yule Log for the 2024 holiday season. Created by Pastry Chef Yu Tanaka in collaboration with Executive Chef Arnaud Faye, this festive treat is a masterpiece of culinary artistry. Inspired by the wonders of winter and the treasures of the garden, the yule log is a celebration of the season’s flavors and textures.
Limited to 50 pieces, the signature Yule Log is a symphony of citrus notes. Sun-drenched fruits, at their peak in December, infuse this sophisticated creation with their tart and bitter flavors. The floral sweetness of honey complements the citrus notes, creating a harmonious balance. Each bite reveals a delightful interplay of lemon, lime and lemon caviar pearls, enhanced by a honey mousse infused with lemon leaves.
Contrasting textures add depth to the yule log. Pollen shortbread and honeycomb crunch contrast with the smooth honey mousse. Tangy citrus marmalade and a soft honey cookie round out this unique flavor experience.
The signature yule log will be available for pre-order on the Click & Collect website from Monday, December 16. It can also be purchased directly from the Epicerie des Ateliers du Bristol Paris from December 21 to December 31, 2024.
