Kith mastermind Ronnie Fieg isn’t shying away from darkness this season. His latest collaboration brings together the worlds of streetwear, athletics, and comic books in a surprising and villainous way. The Kith x ASICS x Marvel “Supervillains” collection throws the spotlight on some of Marvel‘s most iconic antagonists, translating their menacing personas into a range of stylish and unique sneakers.
The collection utilizes three different ASICS models: the GT-2160, the Gel-1130, and the GEL-Kayano 14. Each shoe is meticulously crafted to embody a specific supervillain, with color palettes and design details that capture their essence. Fieg unveiled the collection on his Instagram on Monday, sending a jolt of excitement through sneakerhead and comic book communities alike.
Comic book villains like the Green Goblin, Venom, and Magneto are all represented in the collection. Interestingly, Spider-Man, a superhero, also makes an appearance, paired alongside his nemesis Venom in a special GT-2160 pack. The red, white, and blue colorway for Spider-Man flawlessly contrasts with Venom’s black, purple, and blue counterpart, creating a visually striking duo.

Another GT-2160 is dedicated to the Green Goblin, sporting a menacing combination of green and yellow. The Silver Surfer from the Fantastic Four gets his own treatment on a Gel-Kayano 14, featuring a dazzling silver iridescent upper with violet accents on the sole. Finally, the Gel-1130 reimagines Magneto’s imposing presence with a regal blend of purple and red shades.
Ronnie Fieg also teased Kith-branded comic issues that appear to correspond with specific sneakers. Whether these comics will be available for individual purchase remains unclear, but the Spider-Man and Venom pack seems to come bundled with its respective issue.
