The Nike Air Max Dn, first unveiled in March 2024 with a focus on clean and simple color palettes, is set to launch more intricate and engaging designs. The “Dn” pays tribute to the Air Max Plus (known as the Tn by long-time fans) and has already seen adaptations of iconic Air Max 97 colorways. Following the release of the Friends & Family “Silver Bullet” version by Supreme, Nike is poised to launch the much-awaited Nike Air Max Dn Gold Bullet as part of its mainline collection.
Mirroring the Air Max 97 “Gold Bullet,” which itself is a variation of the original 97 colorway, the Air Max Dn is predominantly covered in “Metallic Gold.” The upper section features a solid gold hue, while the mudguard introduces a textured element with a brushed metallic finish. The shoe sits atop a white midsole housing transparent Air units and minimal Air Max Dn branding. The outsole incorporates another touch of gold along the center.
While the inclusion of a red mini Swoosh, reminiscent of the AM97 colorway, would have been a fitting addition, the midfoot branding on this iteration appears in gold. Red accents do, however, make an appearance on the outsole, a characteristic detail of the Air Max Dn model.
Although Nike has not yet confirmed an official release date, the Nike Air Max Dn “Gold Bullet” is projected to be available in Fall 2024 with a retail price of $160.
